1、房主是独立设计师，250平室内设计完全由房主本人自行设计；
2、室内所有软装均为订制化，可供一大家人或几对好友7—10人入住；
3、不能烧烤
4、厨房调味料齐全，如使用厨房需要把碗碟洗干净晾干放回原位，同时自行打扫干净；
5、房子是密码锁,安全方便
6、 楼下即是小区大门，小区外是美林广场，周边有大型超市，可以买到生活必需品，另一小区门口是飞来湖湿地公园
7、离黄腾峡漂流大概有25分钟车程
8、离古龙峡大概有35分钟车程
9、离万达3—5分钟车程
10、窗外是湖景和万达广场，房间在楼盘的顶楼（18&19），远眺是city line。
11、离太和洞､玄真漂流仅3分钟车程，笔架山在小区后面，附近有很多农庄和餐馆供您选择
1. The owner is an unique designer, the 250sqm apartment is completely designed by the owner himself.
2. All the soft furnishings are customized, great for a family or couples of friend.
3. The large rooftop can be grilled, the landlord only provides a barbecue stove (need to prepare carbon by guest, kindly make sure clean it by yourself, if not cleaned will be charge 100rmb cleaning fee.
4. Kitchen seasonings are complete, Please wash and dry the dishes and put them back in place after you use the kitchen.
5. This apartment is a password locker, safe and convenient check in.
6. Downstairs is the gate of the community. Outside the community is Meilin Square. Next to supermarkets where you can buy necessities. The entrance to another community is Feilai Lake Wetland Park.
